In wake of the recent attacks in Mumbai, the leading Indian daily, Times of India, published a full story on bullet proof jackets titled "Chink in the Armour" in its section on “Tackling Terror” on page 2.

Comments from Ashish Kansal, Executive Director, S M Group were published in the article wherein he has advocated the use of lighter jackets made from advanced materials. He also highlighted the change required in protection specifications and the need for NIJ Level IV jackets to defeat the current lethal threats of terrorism.
